Mr. Marcus, a founding member of Marcus & Myers, has been practicing in Florida since 1992. He continues to represent clients, with a concentration in first-party and third-party insurance coverage litigation, as well as insurance litigation and dispute resolution involving ERISA, insurer bad-faith, insurance fraud, special investigation unit (SIU) matters, and appellate practice. As a mediator, Mr. Marcus is available to provide alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services for disputes in these areas of law as well as others.

Mr. Marcus is a member of the Florida Bar and the Orange County Bar Association, and practices in all Florida trial and appellate courts, the U.S. Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and each of the three Federal District Courts in Florida. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
