There is a myriad of Federal and State laws relating to the regulation of firearms in Florida. These laws affect the lawful ownership, purchase, sale, transfer, transportation and usage of firearms. Additionally, he is qualified to advise individuals on the ownership, possession, transfer, bequest, and transportation of firearms, including those regulated by the National Firearms Act.

For gun shops and firearms ranges, Mr. Myers is available to draft liability waivers and firearms purchase or rental contracts. Also, he assists such businesses with their leases, vendor contracts, employee agreements, and insurance policies.

In the event of accident or injury on the range, Mr. Myers is able to assist clients and their insurers with the potential civil liability which may arise.
